P. F. Chang's Spicy Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1/4 C water
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed, 2-inch pieces, par-cooked
- 2 ea scallions, thin chop
- 1 t red pepper flakes
- 4 cl garlic, minced
- 2 T sesame oil
Instructions
- Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar and water, then season to taste.
- Saute the scallions, garlic, and pepper flakes until fragrant. Add the beans and continue cooking to heat through. Add the sauce, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Plate and serve hot.
